I am currently working online via Skype or Zoom, or by telephone.
I will return to face to face working in my Norwich and London practices once it is safe to do so.
The epidemic is affecting every aspect of our lives, and we are having to adapt and do things differently. I can talk through with you how I work online. There are some things to consider and we can talk further about this by telephone before arranging to meet.
The epidemic itself is a time of much uncertainty and anxiety. It might stir up and intensify fears and worries. The lockdown may create pressure and tension within family and partner relationships. Some people may struggle with loneliness and isolation due to physical distancing. Everyone is affected by it, but it affects each of us in different ways.
It can be helpful to speak to someone outside of friends and family, where you can speak freely.
You may only want a few sessions to support you until life resumes in a more usual way. Or this crisis may have stirred up more deep seated emotions and memories.
